On Feb. 23, 2011, Daniel Van Tassell was seriously injured in a car accident on his way to work. Daniel suffered multiple bone fractures and head injuries that nearly took his life and has currently left him unable to return to work. Several weeks in the Intensive Care Unit along with ongoing rehabilitation have left the family with substantial medical bills. With all of the events that took place on that tragic day, it is miracle Daniel is alive and functioning today.
